Is Talvium a live cloud service?
No production region or generally available capacity is represented as live on this site.
Is Talvium the same as Azure Government?
No. Azure informed the information architecture. Talvium does not claim Microsoft partnership, Azure technology, scale, authorizations, or service parity.
What is federated compute?
A policy-governed way to represent and use authorized capacity across separate nodes while preserving each node's identity, jurisdiction, security, data, operator, and evidence boundaries.
Can workloads fail over anywhere?
No. Recovery is permitted only to a node satisfying every applicable workload, data, jurisdiction, security, contract, export, customer, capacity, and mission rule.
Which AI models are available?
No production model catalog is published. Every future model record must name provider, version, license, data terms, region, deployment, evaluation, capacity, and lifecycle.

Is the Cameroon region live?
No. Africa Site 01 is a candidate diligence program based on management-reported land access.
Does Talvium own 4,000 acres?
Talvium does not make that claim. The approximate area and access are management-reported; authority, title, survey, encumbrances, control, and usable area require independent validation.
Is Talvium certified for government workloads?
Talvium currently makes no blanket certification, accreditation, FedRAMP, DoD, SCIF, or classified-service claim.
Can Talvium support classified workloads?
Any classified facility, information system, network, personnel, contract, and operating decision belongs to the responsible authorities and requires a separate controlled path.
Are batteries or local minerals part of the first site?
Proven energy and storage suppliers—not an unproven mine or chemistry—must support the first compute proof. Mineral potential remains separate exploration optionality.
How do I begin?
Create a nonsensitive capacity brief describing the mission, jurisdiction, data sensitivity, environment, connectivity, continuity, timing, and evidence priorities.
